I've already talked about exciting March releases here, so now I'm doing April.
And April is going to be good.
City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments #4) by Cassandra Clare
Publishing date: April 5, 2011
Goodreads
I am so, so, so excited for this I don't even know what to say. I LOVED the first three books and I love that CC managed to make me care about secondary characters almost as much as the main ones.
Here are some teasers available on Cassandra Clare's website: clic

Invincible Summer by Hannah Moskowitz
Publishing date: April 19, 2011

Noah’s happier than I’ve seen him in months. So I’d be an awful brother to get in the way of that. It’s not like I have some relationship with Melinda. It was just a kiss. Am I going to ruin Noah’s happiness because of a kiss?
Across four sun-kissed, drama-drenched summers at his family’s beach house, Chase is falling in love, falling in lust, and trying to keep his life from falling apart. But some girls are addictive....
I've heard a lot about this one, and the summary sounds so, so exciting. I can nearly taste the atmosphere of the book just by reading the last sentence of the summary (which I keep reading, over and over again), so this looks like very promising read.
This is based on the myth of Persephone, and just because of that, I'm sitting here, bouncing in my chair just thinking about it. Okay, not really, but I'm really excited (I use that word a lot). The plot sounds fascinating and I can't wait to see the author's take on Hades and Persephone's relationship. I just want the three books (I assume this will end up being a trilogy) out, in my hands in front of me right now.

Abandon by Meg Cabot
Publishing date: April 26, 2011

But now she's moved to a new town. Maybe at her new school, she can start fresh. Maybe she can stop feeling so afraid.
Only she can't. Because even here, he finds her. That's how desperately he wants her back. She knows he's no guardian angel, and his dark world isn't exactly heaven, yet she can't stay away . . . especially since he always appears when she least expects it, but exactly when she needs him most.
But if she lets herself fall any further, she may just find herself back in the one place she most fears: the Underworld.

Though she tries returning to the life she knew before the accident, Pierce can't help but feel at once a part of this world, and apart from it. Yet she's never alone . . . because someone is always watching her. Escape from the realm of the dead is impossible when someone there wants you back.

Happy reading!
These all look so good! Can't wait to read them!
That's What Liz Read
These 3 are what I've been waiting for a long time! Especially CoFA. Seriously, who wouldn't want to enter Cassie Clare's world again!? And Invincible Summer makes me want to go buy a time travelling device thing. Summer, please come soon! :D
@Justine I'd get a time machine to go buy all these books that haven't come out yet, then come back here and gleefully devour them.
Then i would go *back* in time and unread them just to read them again. I have issues.
Great picks! I have just finished Invincible Summer and it was a surprising read. Can't wait for Abandon :)
I can't wait for City of the Fallen Angels. I love this series, it is so good.
